We are excited to open registration for the 2019 / 20 season! You can complete the registration process either via the Valley Fort website or via the new Valley Fort App. Scroll down for further details on the registration process.

Player Registration via the Valley Fort Website
- Go to https://valleyfort.com/ and click on the ‘Player registration’ link.
- Enter your parent and player registration details and click ‘Submit’.
- You will then receive the following emails:
- ‘Player Confirmation’ email(s) for the relevant age group(s)
- A ‘PayPal Invoice’ email(s) for you to log on and pay
- A ‘New Account User Creation’ email which will contain the password for you to log onto the Valley Fort App which will be using for all communications, player availability and logistics next season. Keep this safe!
- The ‘Player Confirmation’ email and ‘New Account User Creation’ email may go to your junk email so please check there if you do not receive these and mark the new info@valleyfort.com email address as ‘Not Spam’ so you receive all future details!
- The PayPal invoices may take a few minutes to come through so please be patient.
- NOTE: For any additional Player and second Parent / Caregiver emails registered then they will receive a ‘New Account User Creation’ email prior to the start of the season which will contain the password for them to log onto the Valley Fort App so they can view schedules and communications etc too. Please do not try to register these emails as new accounts via the App.
Player Registration via the Valley Fort App
- Download the App via:
- Click on ‘Register Account’ and enter the ‘Parent 1’ details.
- Retrieve your account password from the email sent to your registered email address and log into the App. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this email within 5 minutes and mark the new info@valleyfort.com email address as ‘Not Spam’ so you receive all future communications!
- Click on ‘Add Player’ to enter all your player’s details.
- Select ‘Registration’ from the menu bar in the top left and click on ‘Register’.
- Select all players to be registered.
- You will then receive the following emails:
- ‘Player Confirmation’ email(s) for the relevant age group(s)
- ‘PayPal Invoice’ email(s) for you to log on and pay
- The ‘Player Confirmation’ email(s) may go to your junk email so please check there if you do not receive these and mark the new info@valleyfort.com email address as ‘Not Spam’ so you receive all future details!

- If you would like to add a second Parent / Caregiver for the players registered then you can add this under ‘User Profile’ from the main menu and then clicking on ‘Edit Profile’.
