The U11 Boys team trains from Sunday 4th September 2022 to April 2023 for the 2022/23 season. They train every Sunday morning at Wong Chuk Hang Recreation Ground unless there is a Minis Rugby Festival, joint training with another club has been arranged or it is a key holiday period.
Thibaut joined the Valley Fort family of assistant coaches when his son Louis moved to U6. Watching Louis throwing his first passes in U5, had awaken the bug of rugby that had been sleeping since his son was born. Thibaut learnt rugby in the south of France and played for clubs and university in France and continued to play in Shanghai then in Hong Kong. He is now playing a few games with the Valley Vets and the Griffins, to rehearse before Sunday’s mini rugby and help the pro coaches to pass on the love of the game to the kids… with some French flair.
Adam is from both Northern Ireland and Hong Kong! He plays scrum half for SocGen Valley RFC and has represented Hong Kong in both Sevens and XV's. Adam has his World Rugby Level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications.
Sheldon is from New Zealand and has been playing and coaching for Valley RFC since 2014. After doing a stint in the UK, Sheldon then came to Hong Kong to play and coach. He’s keen to give back to both the club and the game which has offered him so much throughout his career. Sheldon has his level 1 in 15’s and 7’s, level 2 and is currently completing the level 3 World Rugby Accreditation.
