# Welcome to U13 Boys!

Welcome to the U13 Boys team! All players eligible for this age group should have been born in 2008 for the 2020/21 season.

The U13 Boys team is managed and led by parent coach (and Valley Fort Chairman) Simon Anam and Janet Zomerman alongside our Societe Generale Valley RFC Pro Coaches Adam Rolston and Harry Sayers. Click on the bio’s below to find out more about the coaches how to contact them with any questions about the U13 program.

The U13 Boys team trains from September 2020 to April 2020 for the 2020/21 season. They predominantly train every Thursday evening and Sunday morning at Happy Valley Recreation Ground #6 unless there is a tournament or it is a key holiday period. However, currently due to COVID-19 training times and the Tournament schedules are changing, please check with Simon and Janet or the Valley Fort App for the latest details!

Simon ANAM
Simon ANAM U13 Parent Head Coach

Simon and his family have been with Valley Fort since coming to Hong Kong in 2009. They have 3 boys, currently in the U10, U13 and U16 age groups. Simon has been a head coach since 2011, and became Chairman in July 2019. To quote Simon 'Valley Fort is a unique club and a wonderful experience for children and their parents, both on and off the field. We love every minute of it!'

Janet ZOMERMAN U13 Team Manager

This is Janet's first year as the U13 Team Manager. Janet has been with Valley Fort for over 5 years with her son, Floris in the U13 age group and son Maurits in the U16 age group.

Adam ROLSTON U13 Valley RFC Pro Coach

Adam is from both Northern Ireland and Hong Kong! He plays scrum half for SocGen Valley RFC and has represented Hong Kong in both Sevens and XV's. Adam has his World Rugby Level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications.

Harry SAYERS U13 Valley RFC Pro Coach

Harry came to Valley Soc Gen RFC to play Wing from England where he played for Canterbury RFC and U20 England Counties. Since arriving here in 2018 Harry has been selected and played for the Hong Kong National team in both XV's and Sevens as well as the South China Tigers. Harry has a World Rugby Level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications.
