I am Australian Chinese and I played my first game of rugby at outside centre for the U14s team at Oakhill College in Sydney, a couple of years before the Wallabies first won the World Cup in 1991. I have been involved in rugby since then. And those who have seen me on the sidelines know how passionate I am about coaching Valley Fort....and I’ve been doing it since my son Ethan was 4 years old! Both Ethan and my daughter Alexis (U11) are now proudly playing for Valley Fort.
We have a great bunch of boys, coaches and a proud parent group. Together, we have had a great deal of fun both in HK and on Tours (Malaysia, Japan, Singapore) and enjoyed great success along the way. This has included winning the Taipan end of season trophies, as well as the Cup & Shield in the U12s Richard Hawkes last season. More than that, the boys absolutely love playing together and reveling in the camaraderie that typifies the great Valley spirit.
