Being a sporty person and a mum of 2 boys, I was pretty much saying "yes" to any sports they were interested in trying when they were young! Then I found out that their friend was doing rugby in Stanley so I thought, Why Not? When they first started, it was more like a Sunday hangout place where all kids got together to have a workout and parents gather over coffee and chat! Every year that went by, our love for rugby grew. The Father coaches and the Valley spirit were so strong that all kids actually felt that they BELONG, that they are part of a Team! It's amazing how even us too, as parents feel that we belong! , Valley Fort is simply an amazing club which provides rugby training to all kids of different levels. It is not just the rugby skills that they teach, they actually taught my boys how to win and not brag, how to lose and return much stronger and simply HOW to be a good sportsman! To this, I will always be grateful to Valley Fort!
